USDigiCart is a small, independent US-based online software reseller headquartered in Wilmington, Delaware. We focus on a deliberately narrow catalog of Windows software — PC cleaners, driver updaters, PDF editors, and sketch & paint applications — and serve home users and small businesses across the United States. The team is intentionally lean: we hire only when we have a clear, sustained need, and every team member touches multiple parts of the business.

The roles we periodically open are concentrated in two areas. The first is customer support: helping buyers activate license keys, resolving delivery issues, and answering refund questions. Strong written English and patience are more important here than deep technical background. The second is operations: catalog maintenance, supplier coordination, accounting reconciliations, and basic data analysis. Comfort with spreadsheets and a willingness to learn light scripting (SQL, Excel formulas) goes a long way.
